The brief
Commissioned by Sotheby’s London: To design a 250 page cookbook as a gift to their most loyal customers. This prestigious publication celebrated a unique correlation between food and art.

An extraordinary opportunity
The projects spanned over twelve months, during which time I had access to Sotheby’s archives, working with their editorial team to select surprising visual connections to the restaurant’s dishes.
